Symptoms
Assume that a Microsoft Skype for Business 2016 user is in a Teams call by using a Human Interface Device (HID device) and receives a Skype for Business call. After the user declines the call, the HID device continues ringing until it is unplugged.
Resolution
To fix this issue, install the March 3, 2020, update (KB4484245) for Microsoft Skype for Business 2016.
