Symptoms
Consider the following scenario:

You have Microsoft Excel add-in for Master Data Services (MDS) to manage master data that's stored in the SQL Server 2017 or 2019 database.

You add a large number of changesets.
When you use the Show Changeset option in the Excel add-in, you notice that the Menu options and scroll bar to scroll down are missing in the "Changes" section.
Status
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.

This issue is fixed in the following cumulative update for SQL Server:
