RunKeeper, MyFitnessPal, MyRoundPro, and other fitness sites have partnered with Microsoft Health so you can share data from your Band with their sites. We’ll show you how.



What you’ll need to connect

  • The Microsoft account that you used to set up your Band.
  • An account with the partner site.

Connect to a Connected app

You can connect to your favorite Connected apps from the Microsoft Band app on your phone or online in your Microsoft Health web dashboard.

On your phone

Step 1: On your phone, tap the Microsoft Band app.
Step 2: Tap Menu    > Apps.

Step 3: Find the app you’re interested in and tap Connect.
Step 4: Log in to your account for that app.
Step 5: Follow the on-screen instructions to let the app access data on your Band.

Step 1: Go to your Microsoft Health web dashboard

Step 2: Select Connected apps .
Step 3: Find the app you want to connect to and select Connect.

Use Connected apps

Use your Band and the Band app as you usually would. When the Band app syncs your data to the cloud, your authorized Connected apps can access your info and integrate it with other data you’ve provided to their sites. You’ll see the data from your Band when you sign in to the site or open an app for the service.


Disconnect from a Connected app

You can stop sending data to a Connected app whenever you want. Here’s how:

On your phone

Step 1: Tap the Microsoft Band app.
Step 2: Tap Menu    > Apps.
Step 3: Under the name of the app, tap Disconnect.

Step 1: Go to your Microsoft Health web dashboard

Step 3: Locate the app you want to disconnect from and select Disconnect.
