How to block pop-ups in Microsoft Edge. In Edge, go to Settings and more at the top of your browser. Select Settings > Cookies and site permissions. Under All permissions, select Pop-ups and redirects. Turn on the Block (recommended) toggle.

For example, you may want to remove browsing history and cookies but keep passwords and form fill data. Select Clear now . Clear browsing data stored in the cloud (if you’ve turned on sync or personalization)

Turn off search history. When search history is off nothing new is added to your search history. Your existing history isn't deleted. To delete your search history, you need to clear it. If you can't turn off search history, enable JavaScript and cookies in your browser, and then try again.
