Symptoms
Assume that you post a vendor invoice for a project in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012. If the invoice date and the posting date are different in the vendor invoice, the project date in the Item transactions dialog box is updated with the invoice date incorrectly. However, the project date should be updated with the posting date.
