My themes are missing in Microsoft SwiftKey Keyboard
If it looks like your themes are missing please follow the steps below:
- Open your Microsoft SwiftKey app
- Select 'Themes'
- There are three tabs: 'Gallery', 'Yours', and 'Custom'
- Your theme(s) should all appear here. You might need to tap to download a theme again.
If you are unable to find your theme(s), please contact us from the below link with the following details:
- Which themes are affected?
- Are you signed-in with a Microsoft SwiftKey Account?
- Phone/Android OS/SwiftKey version
