Check if your mobile operator participates, then: 

  1. In Microsoft Store, select Buy. If asked, sign in with your Microsoft account.

  2. Select Get Started! Add a way to pay or Change > Add a new payment method.

  3. Select Mobile phone.

  4. Select your mobile operator from the list, enter your phone number, and then hit Next.

  5. To make sure its really you, well send you a code via text message. Enter the code and hit Next.

  6. Check the terms and payment details, and then hit Buy.

The Microsoft Store offers mobile operator billing as a payment method in various countries/regions. If a customer's mobile operator supports this capability, the customer can add mobile operator billing as a payment method and use it to make Store purchases using their mobile account.
