All Microsoft Store Australia orders ship via our preferred carrier and are subject to their terms and conditions. Delivery is FREE with an estimated delivery timeframe of 2-5 business days, however may take up to 7 days for outlying areas. These timeframes are estimates and may differ depending on the delivery address and availability of delivery resources*.
Where we deliver
Microsoft Store Australia only ships to addresses in Australia. For purchases in other countries, please visit the appropriate international Microsoft Store.
We currently do not ship to Norfolk Island, Christmas Island or the Cocos (Keeling) Islands. For software sales in these territories, please visit the appropriate Microsoft Store site.
Our preferred carrier requires a full street address for delivery purposes. Please make sure the correct delivery address is entered as this cannot be changed once orders are placed.
We do not ship to addresses marked PO / PO Box / GPO Box / RMD (Roadside Mail Delivery) / RSD (Roadside Delivery).

Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed before 10AM AEDT Monday-Friday are usually shipped the same day. Orders placed after 10AM AEDT will typically ship the following business day. Orders placed on the weekend or public holiday, or after 10 AM AEDT on Friday, will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery times through Microsoft Store may take longer around holidays or due to circumstances out of our control. Our carriers don’t deliver on the weekend or holidays.

DHL Express On Demand Delivery service

- Schedule a delivery date and time that better suits your circumstance.
- Receive delivery alerts and a view of upcoming deliveries.
How to use it
- If a valid mobile phone number or email address has been provided to us upon purchase, DHL Express will contact you via SMS or email to offer their On Demand Delivery options.
- A link will be provided in their SMS or email communication to their different service offerings.
- Choose which option suits you best and DHL Express will update the shipment and delivery progress with you directly.
- The DHL On Demand Delivery options are offered directly by DHL and are not managed by Microsoft Store. Contact DHL directly with questions or for more information. These services may not be available in all areas, and are subject to DHL's terms and conditions.
