In Microsoft Teams (free), you can show your contact information in your profile. If you prefer to limit what your contacts can view, you can hide either your phone number, email, or both. Learn more about your account on Microsoft Teams (free).   

To show or hide your contact information: 

  1. Open Microsoft Teams (free).

  2. Tap your profile picture, then tap Settings.

  3. Tap Privacy, then tap Your profile.

  4. From here you can Hide or Show your email, phone number, or both.

To show or hide your contact information: 

  1. Open Microsoft Teams (free).

    Tip: For Chat in Windows 11, select the Open Teams Teams open Teams in Windows 11 button.

  2. Select Settings and more then select Settings.

  3. Select Privacy then select the Manage profile button.

  4. From here you can Hide or Show your phone number, email, or both.

Note: By making your email and/or phone visible on your profile card, it helps people know it's you and lets you send meeting invites via email. Contacts that are blocked will not be able to view your contact information even if you make them visible.
