Manage your data and storage in Microsoft Teams (free)

To manage data and storage:

1. Select your profile picture or More  .

2. Select Settings.

3. Select Data and Storage.

4. In the Data and Storage settings, you can:
   
   

   • Reduce data usage for Video calls

   • Change the Image upload quality

   • Clear temporary files

   • Clear app data

   • Reset the app’s database

   • Choose whether to Show history 

   • Clear history
