Choose the account you want to sign in with.
  1. Select your profile picture or initials in the upper right.

  2. Select the status under your name and choose Teams Away yellow symbol Appear Away,Teams busy red symbol BusyTeams Do Not Disturb symbol Do not disturb, or another option from the list.

    Teams Away yellow symbol Away is shown when teams is minimized,  the computer is locked, or inactive for more than a few minutes. For more info, see Why does Teams say I'm away?​​​​​​

  • To automatically end the new status, repeat step 1, set a Status duration iconDuration, and select Done.

Update your status from the search box by typing /available, /busy, /dnd, /brb, /away, or /offline to set status as Available, Busy, Do not disturb, Be right back, Away, or Offline. 


Tip: To change status without opening Teams, see Set your status from the Task bar.
