Introduction
The Thailand Revenue Department has announced changes to the VAT related reports that are applicable from 1st January 2015 (according to Revenue Department notification numbers 194, 195, 196 and 197).
The tax identification number and location of tax registration should now be printed on the reports.

The new compliance rules can be summarized as follows:
Tax invoices issued for sales of goods or services on or after 1 January 2015, including debit and credit notes issued with reference to such invoices, shall contain the following details:
- Tax identification number of purchasers of goods or services
- The wording "Head Office" or "Branch No. …" which is the seller's place of business from which such tax invoice, debit or credit note is issued
- The wording "Head Office" or "Branch No. …." which is the purchaser's place of business to which such goods or services are sold or provided.
To facilitate recording of vendor tax branch on Purchase Order and Customer tax branch on Sales order, a new field called Invoice address is added on the Purchase Order, Purchase order invoice and Sales Order header, Address fast tab. The selection in this field determines what tax branch is considered when printing reports (Input VAT report, Output VAT report, Tax invoice).
User will also be able to modify the invoice address (mentioned above) in the modify posted sales tax transaction screen.
Note Please redeploy reports SalesInvoice, FreeTextInvoice and TaxInputOutputVAT after installing the hotfix.

Restart requirement
You must restart the Application Object Server (AOS) service after you apply the hotfix.

The dates and times for these files are listed in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). When you view the file information, it is converted to local time.
