Use AI to enhance your notes

Dragon Copilot includes AI capabilities to help you quickly and efficiently edit your notes.

Quick edits

Change pronouns to... and Apply my style are two ways you can quickly revise your note.

Change pronouns to...

Select a preferred format from the list of options.
Dragon Copilot regenerates your note and standardizes the way patient pronouns appear in the note sections.

Apply my style

Select Apply my style to regenerate your note sections in the format you prefer (see: Your notes your way).

After you Apply my style, a confirmation message appears at the bottom of the screen, allowing you to open the Note tab to the new note version, display the new and previous note versions in split view, or restore the previous version.

Select split view to compare the edits to the previous Note version, then make any additional edits you want.

If necessary, select Restore to revert back to the previous version of the note and try again.

Other AI-powered features in Dragon Copilot will help improve your documentation, provide clinical insights, and generate personalized documentation for referrals and after visit summaries.

You have the flexibility to initiate the AI features in Dragon Copilot from the Library menu or quick action buttons, or by entering a prompt in the Note assist field at the bottom of the screen.

Display the generated results in split view for reference while reviewing or editing your note.

Examples of the AI capabilities in Dragon Copilot:

AI feature	Description
Apply my style	Applies your defined style preferences on-demand and generates a new note version. An efficient way for you to consistently receive the look and feel of the documentation you prefer.
Change pronouns to...	Changes the pronouns in the summaries and generates a new note version.
Get coaching	Generates personalized recording suggestions to improve the note quality and identifies areas where the quality of the note may be insufficient.
Summarize note	Generates a summary of the encounter and the key takeaways. This is especially useful as a quick refresher on a patient before finalizing the note.
Summarize evidence	Curates the diagnostic evidence from subjective elements such as symptoms, objective elements such as labs and imaging, as well as other relevant information recorded during the encounter into an actionable summary.
Draft after visit summary	Generates a patient-friendly summary that provides details about visit education and instructions empowering patients to better understand and adhere to their care.
Draft referral letter	Generates a draft referral letter to be sent to a physician or clinic.
