Learn how to access, share, or clear your Microsoft search history through the privacy dashboard.

To see your browsing history associated with your account, sign in to your account at account.microsoft.com. In addition, you also have the option of clearing your browsing data that Microsoft has collected using the Microsoft privacy dashboard.

If you have previous activity history stored in the cloud before Windows 10 22H2, January 23, 2024-KB5034203 update, you can use the Clear activity history button to delete previously stored data in the cloud.

On your Microsoft Privacy dashboard, under Clear search history, click Clear search history, and then click Clear. This deletes any search history associated with your Microsoft account.

If you choose to clear this info, we'll clear all activity data about the apps in question, details about when you launched or closed the app, how long you used the app and other diagnostic information.

In the Clear clipboard data area, select Clear. You can also clear your device clipboard history by selecting Windows logo key + V and then selecting the Clear all option at the top.
