[Exchange] Why do I get the message "Please check your email and password and try again"?

You may have entered an incorrect username or password—check your username and password before tapping the Done button.

If you have your Mail-Server settings available to you, tap the Show advanced settings button and enter the relevant details.

If you're not sure about any of these details, you can get in touch with your Mail-Server Administration team.
