Channel Agent can help you schedule channel meetings, including creating an AI-generated meeting title, agenda, invite list, and suggestions for times to meet.
Schedule a channel meeting using Channel Agent

In Teams, navigate to the agent’s channel.

In the channel’s compose box, @mention the agent and ask it to create a meeting. Be as specific as possible in your prompt regarding what the meeting is about, who should be invited, and ideal days and times to meet.

Prompt: @MarketingAgent, schedule a meeting for the project team to brainstorm product launch strategies. Invite all members of this channel. The best time for us to meet is between 10 am and 12 pm Pacific time.

The agent responds with a draft of the suggested meeting. After reviewing the agent’s suggested meeting details, select one of the following options:

Select the Schedule Meeting button, which will send out meeting invites to the invitees.

Select the … More options button next to Schedule Meeting to edit the meeting’s details or to discard the event.

Limitations of scheduling channel meetings using Channel Agent

Channel Agent can only schedule channel meetings for the channel it was created in.

Channel Agent can only create channel meetings.

Channel Agent can only update the following fields: title, description, date, duration, and invitees.

The person who schedules the channel meeting is assigned as the owner and organizer of the meeting.
