Outlook on the web New Outlook for Windows

Newsletters in Outlook helps you create and send structured, professional email like updates, reports and announcements quickly and easily from within Outlook. This feature allows you to build momentum and keep your team informed and engaged.

Each newsletter has a consistent identity and subscriber base. You can publish new editions from a newsletter series over time to keep your audience informed and engaged.

Editions can be created from scratch, from a preset, or your own custom templates. Editions are organized by sections, where you can collaborate with co-authors and contributors and format content via text formatting, images, and components.

Note: The Newsletters feature is only available to individuals using a work or school account with a qualifying Microsoft 365 subscription. If you're using Outlook on the web, you can also access Newsletters directly at outlook.office.com/newsletters

How to provide feedback for Outlook Newsletters

We’d love to hear more about your Outlook Newsletters experience!

Use the in‑app feedback in Outlook (Help > Feedback) in the top ribbon bar to share feedback or report issues. For the most helpful diagnostics, submit feedback while your newsletter or edition draft is open (or while you’re in the Newsletters module).

Be sure to select “Collect logs for feedback”, and if you’re reporting an issue with a specific draft, check the option to share content so we can include relevant diagnostics and investigate more effectively.
