Dragon Copilot has no trouble recognizing most of your usual word/phrases. However, there may be certain words/phrases that Dragon Copilot will not recognize. Add words/phrases to your vocabulary and then use your voice to insert them.
Add a word/phrase

Under Settings
, select Library > Vocabulary. -
Select New item.

Enter the word/phrase you would like to add.

Select an option under the Use pronunciation section.
Based on the word's spelling. Choose this option for words/phrases that sound like they are spelled. Spoken form(s). Choose this option for words/phrases that sound different than they are spelled. You can add more than one spoken form to a word/phrase. -
Select Save.
Edit a word/phrase

Under Settings
, select Library > Vocabulary. -
Select the word/phrase you wish to edit.

Make changes.
-
Select Save.
Note:Â You can only make edits to words/phrases you added.
Insert a word/phrase
When you want to insert a word/phrase that you have added to the vocabulary, simply place the cursor where you want your word/phrase to go, turn on the dictation microphone in Dragon Copilot, and say the word/phrase or the spoken form.
Disable or delete a word/phrase
If you do not want Dragon Copilot to recognize a vocabulary word/phrase, you have the option to either disable or delete the word/phrase.
If you disable a word/phrase, it remains in your vocabulary list under Disabled. You can re-enable it from the list at any time.
If you delete a word/phrase, it is removed from your vocabulary list and must be re-added if you want to use the word again.
Caution:Â If you disable or delete a word/phrase, it will be permanently deleted and will never appear or be recognized in your speech activities.
Tip:Â Search, sort, and filter work the same way throughout the Library sections.
