The AI Results Manager (ARM) is the on‑premise workflow engine that brings cloud‑generated AI insights back into radiologists’ everyday tools. It works hand‑in‑hand with the Accelerator Gateway to make AI results usable, actionable, and visible inside clinical workflows.

What ARM does

1. Pulls AI results from the cloud

ARM automatically retrieves completed AI findings from PIN and brings them on‑premise so they can be used in clinical systems.

2. Inserts AI insights into reporting tools

ARM sends AI results directly into PowerScribe (and other reporting workflows), placing findings where radiologists already document their reports.

3. Supports AI‑driven triage

For triage solutions, ARM updates study priority on radiologist worklists—helping urgent cases rise to the top.

4. Connects Cloud AI to on‑prem clinical systems

ARM acts as the bridge between Azure‑hosted AI and local systems such as:

  • PowerScribe

  • Third-party worklist solutions

  • HL7‑based systems

This ensures results always flow to the right place at the right time.
