Speed up your workflow with the Library
Just like your public library, the Dragon Copilot Library contains tools and resources. These help you customize your note even further, even faster.
What is in the Library
The Library contains:
-
Texts: Blocks of predefined text that can be inserted into a note. Examples of texts are discharge instructions, return to work note, or normal findings.
-
Prompts: Instructions you give to the AI that cause it to do an action. For example, you can ask for a summary, edit a note, ask a question, or generate new documents or artifacts. Dragon Copilot has built-in prompts, or you can create your own custom prompts for instructions you use frequently.
-
Customizable templates: Combine texts and prompts to create an insertable template that organizes and formats content it pulls from your ambient recordings. Use the pre-formatted templates as is or modify them in the Library to align with your specialty or workflow.
-
Vocabulary: Words/phrases that can be inserted using your voice.
-
Workflows (Desktop only): Automate tasks using your voice. Create a sequence of steps, assign a spoken command, and let Dragon Copilot handle the rest. A Workflow in Dragon Copilot lets you speak a command to quickly do several actions all at once.
