Introduction
Starting since 1.Jan.2018, everyone in Poland have to use the new SAF for VAT schema, JPK_VAT (3).
Everyone has to use simplified structure – starting from 1st of Jan 2018. JPK for Sep-Dec must use the old schema.
Overview
The legislation changes in the xml schema are:

A new mandatory field called CelZlozenia that indicates whether the file is submitted for the first time, or if it is an adjustment of a previously transmitted file.
The original JPK submission should be marked by reporting a value of "0" in the CelZlozenia field. Whereas, values from "1" to "999" in the CelZlozenia field will indicate that the file constitutes the first and subsequent corrections. New field of Version number is added on the dialog window.

A new mandatory tag called NazwaSystemu is added to the XSLT.

An optional field of E-mail is added to the XSLT.

The following tags are deleted from XSLT schema:

KodUrzedu

REGON

You must restart the Application Object Server (AOS) service after you apply the hotfix.
