Microsoft Teams allows you to customize your keyboard shortcuts to match layouts from other popular applications like Slack or Zoom. This can help streamline your workflow if you frequently switch between different apps.

Change your keyboard shortcut layout

  1. In the Teams title bar, select Settings and more  > Keyboard shortcuts or use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+. (for Windows) or Cmd+. (for Mac).Screenshot of the Microsoft Teams "Setting and more" menu highlighting the Keyboard shortcuts option.

  2. In the Use shortcuts from other apps dropdown at the top, choose the layout you want: Teams, Slack, Zoom, or Combined. Screenshot of the Microsoft Teams "Keyboard shortcuts" setting window, highlighting "Use shortcuts from other apps" dropdown.
