Remove OneNote from the Mac

To remove, drag these to the Trash:

1. The Microsoft OneNote app from the Applications folder.

2. OneNote icon from the Dock.

1. All files and folders that begin with “com.microsoft.onenote” from the Library\Containers folder.

2. Restart your computer.

   Note:  The Library folder isn’t visible in Finder. To go to it, open the Go menu and hold down the OPTION key.

   Warning:  This step will remove all user data, include your notebook content. Please be sure to sync any changes you want to keep before proceeding.
