In certain countries and regions, mobile operator billing can be used as a payment option to buy subscriptions like Game Pass and content such as games, apps, music, HD movies, and TV shows on your Xbox console and Xbox.com.

Go to Payment & billing and select Payment options.You can add or edit payment methods from here. Under Payment methods, you can Add a new payment method, View or edit card, or Remove card.; Enter your updated info, and select Save.

If you received a digital code or card as a gift, you can either purchase another code or card to add to your account balance, or add a new credit card to your account and try making the purchase again.
