Uninstall or remove apps and programs in Windows
There are different ways to remove apps and programs, so if you can't find the one you're looking for, you can try another location. Note that some apps and programs are built into Windows and can't be uninstalled. You can try to repair a program first, if it's just not running correctly.

Using Game Bar Widgets | Xbox Support
Widgets vary in cost, and purchases are handled through the Microsoft Store app on your PC. You can also manage your currently installed widgets from the Installed tab at the top of the widget. From here you can see available updates, the current version, and the last modified date of the widget.

Before you can use Authenticator as a way to sign in, you need to download the app and have already added Authenticator to your accounts. Starting July 2025, the autofill feature in Authenticator will stop working, and from August 2025, passwords will no longer be accessible in Authenticator.

Turn on app permissions for your microphone in Windows
To use your microphone with apps on Windows 10, you'll need to turn on some permissions in Privacy settings. Here's how: Select Start > Settings > Privacy. In the left pane, select Microphone under the App permissions section. Make sure the toggle for Microphone access for this device is turned on.
Reset or recover your lost Microsoft account password
Choose Use my authenticator app, and then select Next. Retrieve the authentication code from the app, and then type the code into the field provided on the console.
