The Microsoft Teams web app works for most desktop browsers, including Chrome, Firefox, and Internet Explorer.

On the PC you’re projecting to, launch the Connect app by entering “Connect app” in the search box on the taskbar, and selecting Connect in the list of results.

As you're getting your Microsoft 365 business subscription set up, you'll want to download and install your Microsoft 365 apps, like Word, Excel, Microsoft Teams, and PowerPoint, on your PC or Mac.

Third party apps will continue to have access and are not restricted by this new meeting option. The meeting organizer can manage third party app access to the meeting.
