SharePoint is a browser-based app that you connect to through your web browser, like so: Go to office.com, and sign in to your work or school account. In the upper left corner of the window, select the app launcher > All apps > SharePoint.

From the Overview page, select Office apps and on that page, find the Microsoft 365 product you want to install and select Install. To install Microsoft 365 in a different language, or to install the 64-bit version, use the dropdown to find more options.

Uninstall from the Start menu. Select Start > All apps and search for the app in the list shown. Press and hold (or right-click) on the app, then select Uninstall. Uninstall in Settings. Select Start > Settings > Apps > Apps & features . Find the app you want to remove, select More > Uninstall.

With text already in your document, highlight the text that you would like to rewrite or transform into a table. In the left margin next to your text, select the Copilot icon. From the menu, select Rewrite to have Copilot provide rewritten options to choose from.

Install Visio (Visio Plan 2 or Visio Professional) Below we describe how to install the desktop app that is included with Visio Plan 2, and non-subscription versions of Visio Professional or Visio Standard 2021 , 2019, or 2016 . To co-author and see changes made by others, everyone needs to use a version of the Excel app that supports co-authoring. Excel for Android, Excel for iOS, Excel Mobile, and Excel for Microsoft 365 subscribers are the versions that currently support co-authoring.

Add-ins provide optional commands and features for Microsoft Excel. By default, add-ins are not immediately available in Excel, so you must first install and (in some cases) activate these add-ins so that you can use them. Some add-ins are built in to Excel, such as Solver and the Analysis ToolPak.

Use an add-in while composing a message. Create a new message or reply to an existing one. From the ribbon, select the Message tab, then choose the add-in you want to use. If the add-in doesn’t appear in the ribbon, select Apps to view your installed add-ins.

When you select the Import Settings option during setup, the web add-in counterparts of your existing COM add-ins in classic Outlook for Windows are installed in the new client. The following table lists the applicable COM add-ins and their web add-in counterparts.
