How to check if an app or program is installed in Windows
To find out if an app or program is installed in Windows, select Start > Settings > Apps.
Seamlessly transfer content between your devices - Microsoft Support
If your content can’t be transferred to the specific app you’ll get a banner notification indicating this. You can open Phone screen instead and drop the file there, it’ll be copied into the Downloads folder on your Android device and you can use it across your mobile apps from there.

Send and receive files over Bluetooth in Windows
