Having trouble connecting to your email from Outlook on your desktop? Follow these steps to let Outlook diagnose and fix errors in your Outlook mail profile that might be causing the issue.

In an open message, on the Message tab, in the Respond group, click Vote, and then click the option that you want. The sender can see all responses in a table. On one of the response messages, click the The sender responded line in the message header, then click View voting responses.

Share a contact group or distribution list with others. You can send a contact group (formerly called a distribution list) to others by including it in a message. The recipient can then save it in their Contacts folder.

Sign in to SharePoint. SharePoint is a browser-based app that you connect to through your web browser, like so: Go to office.com, and sign in to your work or school account. In the upper left corner of the window, select the app launcher > All apps > SharePoint.

In Word and Outlook, you can use accent marks (or diacritical marks) in a document, such as an acute accent, cedilla, circumflex, diaeresis or umlaut, grave accent, or tilde. For keyboard shortcuts in which you press two or more keys simultaneously, the keys to press are separated by a plus sign (+) in the tables.

When you receive an invite to a meeting, you can join from your Teams calendar. If someone sends you a meeting invite in Chat, select the link > Join now. In Teams, select Calendar to see your meetings. Find the meeting you want to attend and select Join.

See files others have shared with you. Sometimes you need to find a file someone has shared with you. Files can be shared using the sharing dialog, attaching a file or sharable link in email, sending a link in Teams, or other experiences.

Office add-ins can help you personalize your documents or speed up the way you access information on the web. For example, with an add-in you could look up items on Wikipedia or add an online map to your document without having to leave Excel.
