Repair an Office application - Microsoft Support
In the window How would you like to repair your Office Programs, select Online Repair > Repair to make sure everything gets fixed. (The faster Quick Repair option is also available, but it only detects and then replaces corrupted files.) MSI-based. In Change your installation, select Repair and then click Continue.

Add or invite people outside your org to a chat in Microsoft Teams
With External Access for Teams, you can add or invite anyone outside of your Teams org who uses Teams, Teams for personal use, Skype (for consumers), and Skype for Business to a one-to-one chat. For those who use Teams or Teams for personal use, this includes both one-to-one chats and new or existing group chats.

How to share files in File Explorer on Windows
To share a file in File Explorer on Windows 11, select the file, then select Share on the ribbon. You can also right-click (or press and hold) on the file > Share. Then, choose how you want to send the file and follow the process for that option.
