So you have two options for turning your presentation into a video that's ready to view: Save/export your presentation to a video file format (.mp4 or .wmv). Save your presentation as a PowerPoint Show (.ppsx) file. (A PowerPoint Show appears full-screen in Slide Show, ready to view immediately.)

In an open message, on the Message tab, in the Respond group, click Vote, and then click the option that you want. The sender can see all responses in a table. On one of the response messages, click the The sender responded line in the message header, then click View voting responses.
