From the meeting chat, select Open Copilot in the upper-right corner of the chat—you'll see the Copilot icon.From here, Copilot bases responses on the meeting transcript, not the meeting chat. In Microsoft Teams (free), you can use keyboard shortcuts to send a wide range of emojs. You can either find the emojis in the reaction picker or type the shortcuts below into a message to make the emoji appear when you send your message.

You can open the Copilot pane via the Copilot icon in the ribbon's Home tab. This helpful feature provides answers to questions—broad or specific—about your document. You can even iterate and refine with back-and-forth discussions, get a summary or specific information about the document content, or ask it to generate ideas, tables, or lists that you can copy and insert into your document.

Depending on the length of the video, generating closed captions can take several minutes. Once generated, you can watch the video in Stream and have captions displayed at the bottom of the screen.. When the caption have been created, the Generate button turns to Translate.Select Translate to change the spoken or screen language to automatically translate the captions.
