Sign in to SharePoint. SharePoint is a browser-based app that you connect to through your web browser, like so: Go to office.com, and sign in to your work or school account. In the upper left corner of the window, select the app launcher > All apps > SharePoint.

For those devices, you can sign in with an app password instead. An app password is a long, randomly generated password that you provide only once instead of your regular password when signing in to an app or device that doesn't support two-step verification.

To display only the Outlook messages that have not yet been read, take these steps. In Mail, select the folder you want to filter for unread messages. Near the upper right corner of the message list, select. to indicate which filter is applied.

In new Outlook, open a new message or reply to a message. From Options > Show fields, select Show Bcc. Add the names of people you want on the Bcc line. Note: When you add someone's email address to the Bcc (blind carbon copy) box, a copy of the message is sent to that person.
