SharePoint is a browser-based app that you connect to through your web browser, like so: Go to office.com, and sign in to your work or school account. In the upper left corner of the window, select the app launcher > All apps > SharePoint.

Select Start > All apps and search for the app in the list shown. Press and hold (or right-click) on the app, then select Uninstall. Uninstall in Settings. Select Start > Settings > Apps > Apps & features . Find the app you want to remove, select More > Uninstall.

Sign in to Outlook on the web with your work or school account. Go to outlook.office.com. If you're not automatically signed in with your work or school account, follow the prompts to enter the email address and password for your work or school account.

Recall a message in Outlook on the web. Select Sent Items in the left folder pane, then double-click the sent message to open it in a separate window. From the ribbon, select Recall Message, then select OK in the confirmation dialog box. Shortly thereafter, you'll receive a Message Recall Report in your inbox.

You can use the new Outlook for Windows even when you’re not connected to the internet by enabling offline access. When turned on, the new Outlook for Windows saves a copy of your emails, calendar events, and contacts to your device, providing access to these items when you're offline and improved performance when you're online.

If you want to use a new email address with your existing Outlook.com account, follow the instructions in this article to create an email alias. This will give you an additional email address that uses the same inbox, contact list, and account settings as your primary email address.

Starting November 30, 2023, Microsoft 365 subscribers will no longer be able to create a new email address for any personalized domain associated with their Outlook.com mailbox. Learn more. Microsoft 365 Family isn't available in all markets.
