You can use a voice typing language that's different than the one you've chosen for Windows. Standard channels are available to all team members in Teams. Most channels are standard channels. If you need a smaller, specific audience for a particular subject, you can use a private channel. Shared channels are for collaborating with people inside and outside your team or organization.

Create and manage custom tags in Teams. Select Teams on the left side of the app and select the team you want to create tags for in the list. Then select More options and choose Manage tags . Create a tag by naming your tag, adding a helpful description, and assigning people on your team.
