You can create a signature for your email messages using a readily available signature gallery template. All you have to do is get the template, copy the signature you like into your email message and personalize it to make your own Outlook signature. Check out the video to see how it's done.

You can create an email signature that you can add automatically to all outgoing messages or add manually to specific ones. Select Settings at the top of the page, then. For Outlook.com, select Mail > Compose and reply. For Outlook on the web, select Email > Compose and reply.

Under Personalization & advertising, turn on or off the setting for Allow Microsoft to save your browsing activity including history, usage, favorites, web content, and other browsing data to personalize Microsoft Edge and Microsoft services like ads, search, shopping and news.
