While composing a message, select the dropdown next to Send and select Schedule send. Select one of the default options, then select Send or choose a custom time and then select Send . After you select Send, the message remains in the Draft folder until the delivery time.

Recall a message in Outlook on the web. Select Sent Items in the left folder pane, then double-click the sent message to open it in a separate window. To delete a page that contains text, graphics, or empty paragraphs, select the content to delete, and press Delete. You can also do this: Windows macOS. Click or tap anywhere in the page you want to delete, press Ctrl+G. In the Enter page number box, type \page.

How to share files in File Explorer on Windows. To share a file in File Explorer on Windows 11, select the file, then select Share on the ribbon. You can also right-click (or press and hold) on the file > Share. Then, choose how you want to send the file and follow the process for that option.

Edit a photo. With the Photos app, you can easily crop, rotate, adjust look and feel, add a filter, and write or draw on your photo to communicate and provide context. In the search box on the taskbar, type Photos . From the list, select Photos . Then select the photo you’d like to change.
