Create a group in Outlook - Microsoft Support
A Microsoft 365 group is different from a contact group (formerly called a distribution list). A contact group is a set of email addresses that you can use to send an email message or meeting invitation to everyone at once. To create a contact group, see Create a contact group.

Recall an email message that you sent in Outlook
Open the message that you want to recall. You must double-click to open the message. Selecting the message so it appears in the reading pane won't allow you to recall the message. If you have the Classic Ribbon, from the Message tab, select Actions > Recall This Message.

Import email, contacts, and calendar from an Outlook .pst file
These instructions assume you've already exported your Outlook email, contacts, and calendar from another instance of Outlook, and now you want to import them to Outlook. At the top of your Outlook ribbon, select File.

How to share files in File Explorer on Windows
To share a file in File Explorer on Windows 11, select the file, then select Share on the ribbon. You can also right-click (or press and hold) on the file > Share. Then, choose how you want to send the file and follow the process for that option.
