Use voting buttons in messages - Microsoft Support
If you encrypt an Outlook message that contains voting buttons, message recipients won't be able to see them. That feature isn't supported at this time. Create an email message or reply to or forward a message that you received. On the Options tab, in the Tracking group, click Use Voting Buttons.

Create a table in Excel - Microsoft Support
You can create and format a table to visually group and analyze data. Select a cell within your data. Select Home and choose Format as Table under Styles. Choose a style for your table. In the Create Table dialog box, confirm or set your cell range. Mark if your table has headers, and select OK.
