SharePoint is a browser-based app that you connect to through your web browser, like so: Go to office.com, and sign in to your work or school account. In the upper left corner of the window, select the app launcher > All apps > SharePoint.

Open the Authenticator app, select Add account from the Customize and control icon in the upper-right, select Other account (Google, Facebook, etc.), and then select OR ENTER CODE MANUALLY. Enter an Account name (for example, Google) and type the Secret key from Step 1, and then select Finish.

Recall a message in Outlook on the web. Select Sent Items in the left folder pane, then double-click the sent message to open it in a separate window. To share a file in File Explorer on Windows 11, select the file, then select Share on the ribbon. You can also right-click (or press and hold) on the file > Share. Then, choose how you want to send the file and follow the process for that option.
