About delegates: Allow someone to manage your mail and calendar
Share and access a calendar with edit or delegate permissions in Outlook. Allow messages to be sent on your behalf when sharing a folder or mailbox. Allow another person or delegate to receive and respond to email messages and meeting requests and responses on your behalf.

Send an email to a channel in Microsoft Teams
Send an email to a channel. Go to the channel name, and select More options > Get email address. Notes: This feature needs to be turned on by your IT admin. Also, sending email to a channel isn't available if you're using Teams as part of an Office 365 Government plan.
