Apply or remove highlighting - Microsoft Support
Quickly find highlighted text. Select Find > Advanced Find. The Find and Replace box appears. Select Format > Highlight. If you don't see the Format button, select More. Select Find Next. Add or remove highlighting on text and images in a document using the Highlight tool.
