For more info about adding verification methods, see the Manage your settings for two-step verification article. If you see the Sign in another way link, but still don't see any other verification methods, you'll have to contact your administrator for help signing in to your account.
iCloud accounts: 2 step authentication/App-specific password ...
Once you've enabled 2 -step verification for your iCloud account, you have to generate an app-specific password to add your account to the Outlook app. Select Password and Security. Click Generate an App-Specific Password (a new app password is generated). Open the Outlook app and enter the new app password when adding your account.
