In the Signature confirmation message box, type the text that you want to show the user when they sign this part of the form, and then click OK twice. In the form template, associate the part of the form template for which you enabled digital signatures with a section.

Verify the digital signature on a signed email message
Look at the Signed By status line to check the email address of the person who signed the message. It isn't enough to check the email address in the From line—you want to verify who actually signed the message, not only who sent the message.
