Sign in to SharePoint. SharePoint is a browser-based app that you connect to through your web browser, like so: Go to office.com, and sign in to your work or school account. In the upper left corner of the window, select the app launcher > All apps > SharePoint.

Microsoft account dashboard. There are a number of possible explanations for why verification codes don't always arrive. Read through the list of the most common causes, and see if any of them apply to you, or use our troubleshooter to help guide you.

Open the Authenticator app, select Add account from the Customize and control icon in the upper-right, select Other account (Google, Facebook, etc.), and then select OR ENTER CODE MANUALLY. Enter an Account name (for example, Amazon) and type the Secret key from Step 1, and then select Finish.

Sign in on a remote computer. Many apps allow you to authenticate by entering a code on another device such as a PC. If you want to sign in on a remote computer to install the Authenticator app, follow these steps. Open the Authenticator app, and then select > Add work or school account > Sign in.

You might get this message for one of these reasons: There was a problem with OneDrive. Try to upload the file again. The connection to OneDrive was lost during the file transfer, or you weren't signed in to OneDrive. Sign in to OneDrive with your Microsoft account, and then try to upload the file again.

To connect your controller with Xbox Wireless, you might need the Xbox Wireless Adapter for Windows. If your PC has Xbox Wireless built in, you can connect the controller directly without an adapter. If you’re using the Xbox Wireless Adapter: Plug the Xbox Wireless Adapter into your PC.

Microsoft Mouse and Keyboard Center macros use a .mhm extension and are saved as individual files in your default Documents\Microsoft Hardware\Macros subfolder. Macros recorded in keyboard and mouse are interchangeable. You can run them or edit them from either program.
