The Office Document Cache contains the files Office uses to make sure your changes are saved in the cloud. Sometimes when you use Office with other apps in the cloud, the apps fail to sync properly before you close Office and this can damage, or corrupt, your Office Document Cache.

Delete the PreSignInSettingsConfig.json file. Mac:  From Spotlight search type “keychain” and select " Keychain Access ”. If it's not visible in Spotlight, go to the Utilities folder and open Keychain Access from there. Search for “OneDrive.”  Delete “ OneDrive Cached Credential.” Run OneDrive. 

If you are seeing incomplete or incorrect data please try force close and reopen the app. If that doesn't work, then you can try to reset the account on the device: Open our app > Settings > Select the email account > Reset Account.

Microsoft Edge will delete your browsing history, cookies, and site data, as well as passwords, addresses, and form data when you close all InPrivate windows. You can start a new InPrivate session by selecting Settings and more on a computer or Tabs on a mobile device.

When your device is low on space, Windows will clear reserved storage so it can be used for other processes, like a Windows update. Reserving storage also helps keep disk space usage on your device more predictable and more stable.

If this cache becomes corrupted, you may experience synchronization problems, such as incomplete or incorrect data, with the server. To solve this issue, reset your account so Outlook can re-sync the affected items.
