Add an app to a site - Microsoft Support
You can find it on your Site contents page. After you've installed an app, you can find it in the Site contents page. Go to Settings , select Site contents, and your app will be listed. You can sort the Type column on A-Z to help make Apps easier to find.

Sign in to Microsoft 365
Each person can sign in to Office using their own Microsoft account on your device to create and edit their own files. We recommend staying signed in to Microsoft 365 or Office so that your apps remain activated. If you sign out, your apps will be deactivated. You can view and print files, but not create or edit files, until you sign back in.
