How do I manage apps? You can manage the apps that are available to you by clicking the gear icon at the top of the Outlook Web App window, then selecting Manage apps. That will take you to the Apps section of Outlook Web App options. Use the settings to remove apps, and to refresh the view.

Why don't I see the add-ins button on iOS? - Microsoft Support
Certain types of accounts do not have add-ins enabled yet. You should be seeing the add-in features mentioned in "What are add-ins and how do they work?" if you have a Microsoft 365 or Outlook.com account. If you don't have the add-in option, and you have a Microsoft 365 or Outlook.com account, your specific account type may not be supported yet.
