If you don't have the Microsoft Authenticator app for iOS, select Download now. Tip: You can scan a QR code or send a link to your mobile device to download the Authenticator app from the Authenticator app page. After you've downloaded Authenticator, select Next. If this is the first time you're setting up Authenticator, you might receive a prompt asking whether to allow the app to access your camera (iOS) or to allow the app to take pictures and record video (Android). Allow the app to use the camera so that you can take a picture of a QR code in one step.

Tip: Don’t use the camera app in your Personal profile to scan a sign-in or sign-up QR code; it won’t save the passkey to your Work profile.

Outlook apps are available for free and can be downloaded directly from the Microsoft Store on Windows, the Mac App Store, iOS App Store, or the Google Play Store. After your download the new email app, add your accounts and they will all be configured to use Modern Authentication and sync properly, helping keep them safe.
