Change an email signature - Microsoft Support

Secure messages with a digital ID in Outlook - Microsoft Support
Compose your message and then send it. Select Add a digital signature to all messages I send. If this option isn't available, it means your admin manages this setting on your behalf. Note: The settings in new Outlook and Outlook on the web are synchronized.

Verify the digital signature on a signed email message
To check whether the signature is valid, select the ribbon on the Signed By status line. Then, to see more information about the digital signature, select Details.

View digital signature and certificate details - Microsoft Support
The Signature Details dialog box displays certificate information such as the signer’s name in the Signing as box, and who issued the certificate. Open the file that contains the certificate you want to view.

Add or remove a digital signature for Microsoft 365 files
When you sign a signature line, you add a visible representation of your signature and a digital signature. In the file, right-click the signature line and choose Sign.
